Welcome to the modernartco.com web site (the "Site"). Our services and products presented in the Site are provided subject to the following terms and conditions.

Color and Image Accuracy Statement.

We try to ensure that the colors and images you see are as close as possible to the actual printed product. Unfortunately, however we cannot guarantee an exact color match as onscreen colors and pictures will vary depending on your PC monitor settings, quality and resolution. If you do require an exact color match then please contact us for more information. Also the actual image displayed on the canvas face may vary slightly depending upon the size and frame format ordered, this is due to the scaling of the image and the relative proportion of the canvas face area respective to it's depth. Again, if you require any further information before ordering, then please contact us.

Pricing

All prices shown on this website are in US Dollars. We try to ensure that the prices indicated on the website are up to date and accurate. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the Site may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the Site. However, we accept no liability for any errors and omissions and the final price of goods is the price in force at the time of us accepting your order. If a product has been listed at a lower price due to an error and you have ordered that product, then we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it.

Payment

All online transactions are handled through our payment-processing provider, Paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay by credit card, Paypal will still securely process your payment. We do not store or retain your credit card details ourselves.

All images & designs displayed anywhere on this website are the sole property of modernartco and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

These images, designs, photographs and text must not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used for any commercial purposes in any way.

The purchase of any product does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the product.

Privacy Policy
Any information held on this website either of artists or buyers will only be used in the context for which it was acquired, we will not forward any details on.

Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It is never sold, given away or shared with anyone. We may occasionally email you with news, decorating advice and special offers that we feel may be of interest to you as a customer of modernartco.com. You will always have the option to unsubscribe yourself from our mailing list on the emails you receive.

Order Cancellations

If we have not dispatched your order then you are free to cancel it at anytime. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched it then you must return the goods to us (see 'Returns' below) To cancel your order please contact us.

Delivery Information

Once the purchase has been finalized, all canvas and wallpaper products will be shipped in 5 working days by FedEx or UPS Ground.

On items customized to customer requirements delivery may take longer. If we estimate that delivery will take longer than 12 working days then we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If you require delivery by a specific date (e.g. for a birthday present) then please contact us prior to ordering so we can agree delivery timescales.

Our artwork is individually packaged by hand to ensure undamaged delivery.

Postage, packing and insurance costs depends on the size and destination of the artwork.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Damaged Goods

Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition. If the package you receive is damaged do not sign for it and contact us immediately.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork then contact us within 2 days of receipt and you have 10 days to return the artwork to us in it’s original condition along with any accompanying documentation received.

You must notify us, then return the canvas at your own expense by recorded and insured delivery within 10 days from your notice. Return it in its original packaging (for protection). On receipt of the artwork in (in good, re-saleable condition) we will refund the full amount minus the original cost of delivery.

Credit for cancelled/returned items will be made by the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged after delivery.

Items that are commission manufactured and customized to customer requirements cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.

Modification

modernartco reserve the right to make any changes to this website, our policies and our terms & conditions at anytime without prior notice.
